**Update:** After posting my original review, Pholy reached out personally and offered to make things right. She made and delivered a new complimentary arrangement for my mom, and the new bouquet was much better. I really appreciate her kindness, effort, and willingness to fix the situation. Original review: I ordered Teleflora’s Gerbera Brights, and they called to let me know they only had the red ones. I said that was fine, but I was still expecting the arrangement to be similar to what the images showed. Unfortunately, the first arrangement was not what I expected and was not in the right vase.

The premium flower arrangement that was delivered did not match the arrangement I ordered. When I called to ask for clarification, I was met with a defensive and argumentative response. I was told the arrangement had been “upgraded,” which I did not agree with. When I requested a refund, I was informed that they would need to literally go and retrieve the arrangement from the hospital where it had been delivered to a new mother, which I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I was very disappointed with the customer service, as both the owner and the designer were not pleasant to communicate with. I would have appreciated an effort to make things right—such as offering to create a new arrangement matching what I ordered—even if it meant a slight delay, rather than defaulting to a refund. Unfortunately, they were not willing to work with me in a respectful or accommodating manner. I’m very disappointed.

Highly recommend this place! They made a beautiful arrangement and delivered it so fast. Service is amazing and the flowers are so fresh and alive. They also have really great deals, I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you again!

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I don't want others to also be disappointed with their purchase for loved ones and waste their hard earned money. What I ordered vs what I received. No words. I suggest you purchase flowers from anywhere else but this place.

The minute I walk in the flower shop, I could hear soft music in the background, waterfalls, Koi fish splashing in the pond, birds chirping, not to mention the beautiful fragrance of Stargazer lilies and vibrant exotic floral stems and foliage. The tropical atmosphere reminds me of my homeland of Cambodia. I love that they get their weekly shipment directly from the islands of Hawaii. You can’t find another flower shop like Modesto Exotics. They are unique with great service and beautiful designs!
